SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with us. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment Processing Time: We do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible. At most, we ship out orders within 3 business days of purchase. In most cases, domestic (US) orders arrive within 2-6 days of being received by the shipping carrier (usually USPS). (around Christmas we typically ship 7 days a week). If there are significant delays due to a high volume of orders or other unforeseen issues, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates are based on business days and will be provided based on the shipping carrier and method chosen, but please note that these are only estimates, not guarantees. Due to various factors beyond our control, we cannot guarantee the delivery dates or tracking information is accurate.

Shipment Methods: For orders within the United States, we use FedEx and USPS. For shipments to Canada, we use UPS Standard, and for all other international locations, we use UPS Worldwide Expedited. If you require a specific shipment method, please email us immediately after placing the order or leave a note on your order with the information.

International Shipping Policy: We are happy to offer worldwide shipping. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred during checkout if applicable. We are not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. For most countries/shipments, we cover the expense. 

Address Errors & Reshipments: If an order needs to be reshipped due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we may either cancel the order or request additional shipping fees to cover the cost of reshipment.

RETURN POLICY

Damages and Issues: Our sauce comes in glass bottles and while we do our very best to make sure the sauce gets to you in one piece, sometimes accidents happen. Don't worry, though - we'll take care of you. If the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please email a picture to info@fiveheartshotsauce.com so we can make it right.

Can I return a product? All sales for hot sauce are final and we cannot receive a returned item (unless we accidentally sent you the wrong item and the sauce is unopened).
